This is the only post we’ll write today as the midterm election nears. We hope the American voter will reflect on what he/she has seen and heard in the last 20 months-Trump’s second term.
- Inflation is increasing steadily. The extent of the pain is partially hidden because Trump changed the rules used by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. The CPI now EXCLUDES FOOD AND GAS PRICE CHANGES. You’re right. Inflation, inspired by Trump’s tariffs and the Iran war are the causes.
- We are in an illegal forever Iran war. Trump uses the rising gas prices caused by the war to reward his rich oil supporters. Exxon and Chevron, to name just a few, are making record level profits. And Trump is fulfilling his side of the real estate deal with Netanyahu to take Iran off Israel’s back. In exchange, Trump gets Gaza for resort development. Google…Kushner, Gaza, resort for details.
- The Trump clown crew has distinguished themselves by opposing vaccines (measles outbreak), military screw ups (Iran), ICE murders and the illegal detention of thousands, including kids, accepting bribes (Homan in the $50,000 sting operation and rigged no-bid government contracts, etc.), a weaponized Department of Justice (failed legal actions against James, Brennan, the Wall Street Journal, Hutchinson, etc.), allowing hacking into the FBI and Department of Homeland Security data files, exposing thousands of agents personal information, etc.
- The embarrassing revenge tour by a demented president is stressing the resources of our Federal watchdog agencies. Instead of devoting resources to make America safe, they are laying off hundreds of experienced agents and pursuing the irrational whims of an unstable president.
- Trump has dangled Ukraine on a string. He’s negotiating with Putin over the Ukrainian rare earth minerals. Depending on the battlefield situation, Trump employs sanctions against Russia and provides Patriot missiles to Zelenskky or he removes the sanctions and deprives Ukraine of the Starshield system for target identification.
- Trump has alienated all our allies–including NATO. His threats against Venezuela, Greenland, Cuba, Norway, and veiled comments against others have left the world on edge. The recent protests in Europe (France and Germany) show the stress levels being exerted by this Administration.
- Trump’s violation of both his Oath of Office and the US Constitution are daily occurrences. He swore to “preserve, protect and defend” the Constitution. Since then he has violated the Emoluments clause, the right of habeas corpus, the attack on Iran without Congressional Ok, hinted at a third term for president and various other lesser known infractions.
- His list of grifting is even too big for this space. To summarize, his selling of insider stock information for $100,000 per month is an in-your-face outrageous crime. His no-bid government contracts that are announced right after he and his orbit invest in those companies is standard operating procedure for this gang. His crypto scheme where he propped up the values then dumped for a big profit while he left others with huge losses is well documented.
- His 2025 Big Beautiful Bill has deprived millions of food (SNAP program) and millions more of Health Insurance by eliminating ObamaCare subsidies and by establishing harsh eligibility rules for Medicaid. The loss of hospital revenues has caused 300 hospitals to close their doors leaving thousands of Americans without accessible facilities. Some hospitals have eliminated specific services like maternity care–requiring pregnant women to travel much further when delivery time comes.
- Special mention, although mentioned above, is his violation of the Epstein Transparency Act. He has instructed the suck up Todd Blanche, Attorney General of the US, to deny publication of the files that were specifically demanded by the law. This is a travesty and he’s getting away with hiding blockbuster information that could label our president a child sex predator. At lease one victim has come forward who stated that Donald Trump assaulted her more than once.
- And, finally, Trump has the bold audacity to offer you a $5,000 bribe if the GOP retains control of Congress. First, he never pays his bills or makes good on his promises. So you’ll never see that check just like you haven’t seen the other promised checks. Second, he’s offering to bribe you with YOUR OWN MONEY HE TOOK IN WITH HIS TARIFFS. When you bought anything tariffed in the last 20 months, you paid extra (inflation) and now he’s offering to bribe you with YOUR OWN MONEY AS A PAYBACK!! He’s counting on enough voters not to realize this simple fact. And third, bribery is a crime. It is a criminal offense to buy votes. Why no one is calling him on this violation is beyond us.
We could list much more on this topic but we think you get the picture. Trump has told his MAGA crowd to vote as if he’s on the ballot. And we know that EVERY REPUBLICAN DOES HIS BIDDING REGARDLESS OF TOPIC. So, a vote for ANY REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE IS A VOTE FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE TRUMP CRIMINALITY. Much has been said on his age, 80, and the toll it’s taking on his thought processes. So, if the Republicans control either house after November 3rd, we are subjecting Americans to an increasingly unstable loser who focuses only on himself, his wealth and his power. We have all witnessed how ugly that is for every resident of the country. And giving him two more years to destroy our beautiful homeland would be a huge mistake.
WE URGE YOU TO VOTE FOR EVERY DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE ON YOUR BALLOT. America cannot endure another two years of Trumpism and remain a democracy.
