Today, October 19, 2026, marks the seventh anniversary of our blog. We started out as a multi-purpose multi-topic attempt to provide different angles on current events or other subjects that we felt important enough to call to your attention. As of today, we are pleased to report that we have been viewed by 1,674,901 curious visitors. Considering the fact that we have never promoted our blog in any way, we think that count is somewhat amazing. Of course, we don’t know how many repeat viewers we have or how many “surfers” spent less than 10 seconds and ran away kicking and screaming but we must have provided some folks with an interesting tidbit or two. In any case, thank you for giving us a few minutes out of your busy schedule. You may not have always agreed with us–especially on politics–but we have tried to be factual. Our speculations are always identified as such; and we never distort factual information as corroborated by several sources.
Please watch for our next new posting later this week. The world provides the topics and, with the November election just around the corner, there is and will be much to comment on.
Until later this week….thanks again!!
