The wave of changing the outlook of the world on human rights abuses seems to be centered on the Trump administration. When Mr. Trump took office the first thing he did was fire hundreds of members of the department that deals with reported human rights abuses around the world. Next, he issued a new report detailing how various countries are handling improving on their record of handling human rights abuses. It appears now for example that the black African American government in South Africa is abusing the white population in South Africa. It was so horrendous according to the Trump report that Mr. Trump openly imported several members of the white population from South Africa in order to keep them safe from harm. This is just another example of trying to convince people that his human rights attitudes are properly adjusted. The reader should know that none of these abuse minimizing tactics are actually occurring. In other words, governments in countries where abuse occurs are getting worse not better. But according to the Trump report things are better because ethnic cleansing and punishment of non whites appears to be more ongoing and even ramped up from what it was before. Mr. Trump again is using his tariff pen to buy the agreement of those countries so that his American supporter base will believe that he is taking the right approach here at home when it comes to elimination of DEI and other such programs. It’s a scene we should be ashamed of but with Trump–it’s just another day at the office.
