For those of you keeping score we are providing you with a list of violations of the United states constitution either attempted or actually perpetrated by your president.
- VIOLATION OF DUE PROCESS–Article 14, Section 1.
- BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP–Article 14, Section 1.
- HABEAS CORPUS–Article 1, Section 9.
- THE AUTHORITY TO LEVY TARIFFS–Article 1, Section 10. (only Congress has such authority)
- PRESIDENTIAL TERM LIMITS–22nd Amendment
- DECLARE WAR (Israel/Hamas & Ukraine/Russia)–Article 1, Section 8. (only Congress has this authority)
THIS IS A KEY VIOLATION WHICH–FOR WHATEVER REASON–SEEMS TO HAVE SLIPPED BELOW THE RADAR:
- IMPEACHABLE OFFENSES–Article 2, Section 4. This article states that “The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, SHALL BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE ON IMPEACHMENT FOR AND CONVICTION OF, TREASON, BRIBERY, OR OTHER HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS.”
How does the Supreme Court ignore all these Constitutional violations–especially the Impeachment rules for an individual convicted of 34 felonies? And why do the Democratic leaders accept the acquiescence of the Congress and the Supreme Court?
